Philomusica is proud to collaborate with arts organizations and supporters of the arts.

Philomusica is delighted to collaborate with
The New Brunswick Chamber Orchestra in A Very Merry Brunswick, December 13 7:30pm, at The Nicholas Music Center, Rutgers.

Full orchestra and five choirs: Cantabile Chamber Chorale, Philomusica Concert Choir, the Masterworks Choir, Rutgers Trumpet Ensemble, Rutgers Festival Choir and the Lincoln Elementary Childern’s Choir. The program includes “Twas the Night Before Christmas,” narrated by Jim Cahill, Mayor of New Brunswick, the “Hallelujah Chorus” from Handel’s Messiah, “Christmas Festival” and “Bugler’s Holiday” by Leroy Anderson, and other holiday favorites.

In April 2024, Philomusica was a guest contributor in Cantabile’s concert, Harmony of the Universe. We look forward to combining voices with Cantabile Chamber Chorale in the April 2025.

Our sincere thanks to the Unitarian Society, a Unitarian Universalist Congregation for their continued hospitality in providing a rehearsal space, The First Presbyterian Church of Metuchen and Music Director Jordan Klotz for providing us a place to perform and for being such thoughtful hosts of our Fall 2024 concerts, The Reformed Church of Highland Park for generously providing our Spring concert venue for three years in a row (2023, 2024, and 2025!), Main Street Highland Park for music library storage, Bill Siegmund of Digital Island Studios, LLC  for recording our concerts, Ansel Mapp for accompanying at our rehearsals, Sarah Quinn for designing and creating our concert posters, postcards, and program, and to all the Philomusica members and volunteers who help with many different duties and fundraisers.

We could not do it without you!
